1. Product Description
Copper Nickel Plate (Cupronickel Plate) is a high‑performance copper‑nickel alloy plate primarily used in marine, chemical, and power generation industries. The alloy combines copper with nickel (typically 10% or 30%) plus iron and manganese to enhance strength and corrosion resistance. Standard grades include UNS C70600 (90/10 CuNi), UNS C71500 (70/30 CuNi), and Chinese grade BFe10-1-1. These plates exhibit excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, biofouling, and stress corrosion cracking. They are manufactured by hot rolling or cold rolling and can be supplied in various thicknesses, widths, lengths, tempers (annealed, half‑hard, full‑hard), and surface finishes (2B, polished, brushed, mirror, chequered).
