1. Product Description
Copper Nickel Plate is a versatile copper‑nickel alloy plate offering balanced mechanical properties and corrosion resistance in marine and industrial environments. The alloy contains nickel (10% or 30%) together with controlled amounts of iron and manganese, which enhance resistance to impingement attack and improve weldability. Typical grades include C70600 (CuNi10Fe1Mn) and C71500 (CuNi30Fe2Mn2), as well as Chinese equivalents BFe10‑1‑1 and BFe30‑1‑1. Plates are produced by hot rolling, with optional cold rolling for thinner gauges and improved surface finish. They are supplied in various conditions (annealed, stress‑relieved, cold rolled) and with surface finishes including hot rolled pickled, cold rolled bright, polished, and chequered (diamond or lentil pattern). All plates meet the requirements of ASTM B171/ASME SB171 or EN 1652.
